For the rate, the hotel was great. The hotel room was clean, and provided plenty of amenities, located in the lobby. The lobby and 2nd floor have water refill stations, which were great, and the breakfast was convenient on days where we didn't want to walk to a nearby restaurant in the rain. The staff was very helpful, and helped us with luggage forwarding (via Yamato) to our next hotel in Kyoto. Location-wise, the hotel is great. You're about 5 minutes away from Asakusa Station and Sensō-ji, 10 minutes away from izakaya bars, and 15 minutes away from the infamous Don Quijote. 7-Eleven is about 5 minutes away, too. I would also like to mention that we really enjoyed the Pelican-branded shampoo/body wash they provided.

Location was less than 5 minutes' walk to Nakamise shopping street and Senso-ji temple. The hotel is within 5 mins walk to key metro stations with good connections to other popular areas like Shibuya, Ginza, etc. Amenities wise, the double bed hotel room was adequately furnished and for one person with one medium luggage, there is still a lot of space to pack your things. The laundry room and water refill was a plus point. The staff also assisted my request to arrange for luggage delivery to my next city of visit.

This was my favorite hotel in Tokyo during our recent stay. It seems to have been renovated in the last few years, so everything is new and clean. The breakfast is excellent, with foods for both Western and Asian tastes. It is in a quiet area not too far from Asakusa Station as well as Senso-ji Temple. Nice separated toilet from the rest of the bathroom and very comfortable beds. The staff was also very helpful and patient with us as we are always frazzled when we first arrive at any hotel.

Chose this hotel due to its location being near the lift exit (A2b) of Asakusa line, which connects directly to both HND and NRT. Bathroom is relatively big, complete with a tub and a shower area. We also arranged for our luggage to be sent to the hotel, and requested them to inform us when it has arrived (via email and booking.com). While the email reply said they won’t inform us (I suspect they were handled by HQ), the hotel updated us when our luggage had arrived via booking.com.

Location is very good. From Haneda Airport take the Keikyu Line train that the same train automatically become Asakusa Line. You just remain on board, no need to change train. Be careful to take the correct train. Please ask the staff. Exit at 2B (with elevator). Then walk about 200 meter to hotel. Breakfast is great for the price you pay. It is a small, nice and new modern hotel. Staffs are very professional and friendly.
